Cho-Hunicke Earns Victory Number Three

Casselberry, Florida.   The SunCoast Series wrapped up the first of a two event series today at the Country Club of Deer Run in Casselberry, Florida with a familiar face claiming the crown as champion this week.  Jeanne Cho-Hunicke (Longwood, FL) earned her third SunCoast Series Title with rounds of 68-71-71=210 to finish at six under par for the tournament.

"I played pretty solid this week.  I struck the ball well and managed to keep it in play and that allowed me to hit greens and I made the putts."

In addition to the first place check Jeanne earns her second RIFE Bonus by using her RIFE Aussie putter to roll to victory this week.

Jeanne's six under par total gives her a seven shot victory over Thailand's Virada Nirapathpongporn and Bracebridge, Canada's Erin Thorne who will share second place this week finishing one over par for the tournament. Tokyo, Japan's Hiroko Fujishima and amateur Nara Shin tie for fourth at six over par for the tournament.

The SunCoast Series returns to action next week with the beautiful Country Club of Mount Dora hosting the series.  Round one is scheduled to begin at 10:00 Tuesday morning.
